Every Sunday, my sleep has been getting worse and worse. The crazier my sleep schedule gets, the harder it is to go to bed before midnight and be up at 8:45 AM. I thought it was going to be easy for once, last Saturnight1, because I was actually tired at 11 pm despite having woken up at 4 earlier. Today's sermon at the Unitarian Universalist church was given by a guest speaker, a man who works as part of the UU UNO, a non-government organization (NGO) that works with the United Nations. Last Sunday (yesterday), I went to the Unitarian church as usual. Two words: Christmas music. December 11th and already they have Christmas music. Not "generalized holiday music" like you'd expect from a UU church. Actual "Christ the savior" Christmas music. It was like pulling teeth without anesthetic. Over 6 fucking Christmas songs.
